Avelo Airlines has extended its flight schedule through Nov. 17, 2026, opening fall bookings across more than 30 destinations as the budget carrier looks to capitalize on early travel planning demand.
The Houston-based airline announced the schedule expansion Tuesday, with one-way fares starting at $42, including government taxes and fees. Tickets are available now at AveloAir.com.
The fall network spans 12 states and Puerto Rico, covering a broad range of leisure markets — from Florida beach destinations including Key West, Daytona Beach and Fort Myers, to fall foliage and cultural draws such as Albany, New York; Knoxville, Tennessee; and Nashville. The full route map also includes major hubs like Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, Atlanta and Washington, D.C./Baltimore.
“It’s time to start planning fall travel,” said Trevor Yealy, Avelo’s Head of Commercial, adding that the airline’s schedule covers everything from “award-winning leaf peeping to outdoor adventure destinations and cultural hotspots.”
The schedule extension gives travel advisors a longer booking window to lock in competitive fares for clients ahead of the typically busy fall travel season.
Avelo, which launched in April 2021 and has since carried more than 8.9 million passengers on over 71,000 flights, has built its brand around secondary and underserved airports — a strategy the carrier says reduces stress for travelers by avoiding congestion at larger hubs. Its four current bases are at New Haven, Connecticut (HVN); Wilmington, Delaware (ILG); Lakeland, Florida (LAL); and Concord, North Carolina (USA). A fifth base at McKinney National Airport (TKI) near Dallas is planned for late 2026.
The airline ranked in the top three for on-time performance and flight cancellation rate in the U.S. in 2025, according to aviation data firm Anuvu.
Avelo PLUS, the airline’s membership program launched in fall 2025, offers travel advisors’ clients discounted fares, free priority boarding, a $50 renewal bonus and the ability to share benefits with up to nine travelers.
The introductory $42 fare applies to select departures between Lakeland (LAL) and Nashville (BNA) from Sept. 10–27, 2026, and must be booked by March 4, 2026.
