Club Med Strengthens All-Inclusive Leadership in North America

Club Med, the pioneer of the all‑inclusive resort concept for more than 75 years, has strengthened its leadership in North America with new executive appointments. Michelle Catin has been named vice president of marketing; and Frank Corzo has been appointed as vice president of sales strategy for North America. Drawing on their extensive hospitality expertise, the two will drive growth across the Americas, expand partnerships, and strengthen engagement with the travel advisor community. Together, Catin and Corzo will lead marketing and sales strategies spotlighting Club Med’s iconic sun resorts including flagship, Club Med Punta Cana, world‑class ski resorts such as Club Med Charlevoix in Quebec, and expanding North American demand for Club Med’s presence in some of world’s most coveted travel destinations including the Maldives, Italy, the Alps, Morocco, Seychelles and Japan, to name a few.

Catin brings nearly two decades of hospitality and travel expertise to the role with a strong background in brand marketing, digital strategy, and public relations. Most recently a strategic consultant for leading hospitality brands, Catin previously served as senior director of marketing at Palace Resorts. At Club Med, she will lead full funnel marketing strategy, deepen brand engagement, and connect a new generation of travelers to the company’s legacy.

Corzo joins with more than 25 years of sales leadership in tourism and hospitality. Most recently vice president of sales for North America at Karisma Hotels & Resorts, he launched a preferred partner program and modernized B2B booking operations. Earlier, he spent over a decade at Palace Resorts leading U.S. field sales. At Club Med, he will strengthen commercial strategy, expand market share, and accelerate growth across the region.

“Michelle and Frank bring an exceptional blend of experience, vision, and execution to our leadership team,” said Carolyne Doyon, president & CEO of Club Med North America and the Caribbean. “As we celebrate 75 years of welcoming generations of travelers from the U.S. and Canada to our resorts around the world, their leadership will be instrumental in guiding the next chapter of Club Med by expanding our presence, deepening our partnerships, and strengthening the connections that have always been at the heart of our brand.”

Nathan Scarazzati remains the director of sales, Quebec, and Jacinda Lowry remains the associate vice president of sales, Canada.

Club Med has also expanded its North America leadership and field support with several new GOs.
