Hilton Debuts a New Look to Its Oldest Brand

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has opened a new flagship property in the Washington, D.C., metro area with the debut of Hilton Arlington Rosslyn The Key.

The 36-story hotel, developed in partnership with Dittmar Company, anchors a mixed-use development at the base of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Arlington, Va. It is the first property to showcase Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ refreshed brand identity, which the company says emphasizes modernized design and service elements for today’s travelers.

The Key includes 331 guestrooms, nearly 28,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and a rooftop venue with 360-degree views of Washington, D.C. The property’s food and beverage outlets include Locket, a two-story restaurant serving steak and seafood, and Pendant, a lobby bar. Additional amenities include a fitness center, street-level retail, and direct access to the Rosslyn Metro.
