Kari Tarnowski Returns to Elite Island Resorts as Chief Commercial Officer

Elite Island Resorts, a collection of all-inclusive Caribbean resort properties, has announced the appointment of Kari Tarnowski as chief commercial officer (CCO), marking the return of the veteran marketing executive to one of the region’s leading resort brands. Tarnowski previously led marketing as chief marketing officer (CMO) in her first tenure with the company. 

In the newly created role, Tarnowski will oversee North American marketing, sales, revenue and communications strategy across Elite Island Resorts’ expansive portfolio, comprised of seven resorts in Antigua, Barbados, and Panama. With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality marketing and brand strategy, she brings a strategic vision and innovative approach to elevate the brand’s market presence.

Before joining Elite Island Resorts, Tarnowski held senior leadership roles at several high-profile hospitality companies, including Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Sandals Resorts and most recently the re-launch of Victory Cruise Lines
