La Concha Resort in San Juan has joined Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, marking a new chapter for the beachfront property as La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, an Autograph Collection Hotel. This milestone coincides with the completion of a property-wide renovation, highlighted by the unveiling of the fully revamped Suite Tower, complete with 238 newly redesigned rooms and suites.
The hotel’s redesigned suites include separate lounge and bedroom areas, residential-style bathrooms, private balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows framing ocean views. An in-room bar cart offers guests the best local rum, beverages and snacks. In addition, the newly renovated lobby bar will soon introduce a signature cocktail experience, inviting guests to personalize their cocktails or mocktails by choosing from five distinct infusions and selecting a unique creation based on their mood—whether it’s Adventurous, Passionate, Social, Introvert or Life of the Party.
Culinary offerings have also been refreshed. Levant by Chef Michael White, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, opened in March 2025 within the resort’s iconic shell-shaped structure. Tekka Bar, a counter-side handroll and sake venue located in the hotel’s lobby, opened late last year, while a new signature three-meal restaurant, AQA Oceanfront, is slated to open this summer.
The wellness experience at La Concha has been elevated, as well, with the opening of Elemara Spa & Salon late last year. Guests can choose from a range of treatments and personalized wellness rituals inspired by earth’s natural elements. The property is also home to entertainment venues, including Casino del Mar, Puerto Rico’s first BetMGM Sportsbook, and the Fifty Eight Nightclub.
To celebrate the renovation, La Concha Resort has introduced “The Ultimate Unveiling” package, a four-night stay inclusive of Oceanfront Suite accommodations, a $1,000 hotel credit, 65,000 Bonvoy bonus points, a five-course sunset dinner for two at Levant by Chef Michael White, two Signature Core Massages at Elemara Spa, a two-hour “Private Photoshoot & In-Suite Style” experience, a reserved day bed and a bottle of champagne by Sereno Pool, a signature cocktail experience for two at the lobby bar, daily private wellness sessions for two, daily breakfast for two at AQA and private roundtrip transportation from the airport.
