Hospitality packages for most sports and events including Athletics (Track & Field), Baseball, Basketball, Flag Football, Football (Soccer) Finals at Rose Bowl, Swimming, the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and more, are on sale today. Hospitality packages for additional sports including Badminton, Cricket, Diving, Equestrian, Football (Soccer) in other metropolitan areas, and Rhythmic Gymnastics will become available on the website later this year.
Customers can choose from three different levels of hospitality packages: Leisure, Premium and Signature. LA28 Leisure hospitality packages include hospitality either at the venues, either inside or on the grounds, incorporating Los Angeles culture and flavor into everything from the décor to the culinary offerings—a fun celebration and party for passionate sports fans looking to embrace the host city, before heading to their seats to take in the action. LA28 Premium hospitality packages include access to a shared lounge within the Olympic venue with world-class food and beverage options, a vibrant social scene where fans can engage and celebrate with one another, and premium seats to take in the action. The LA28 Signature hospitality packages are higher-end packages, also including an in-venue shared lounge environment with world-class food and beverage, but with a more elevated, end-to-end service. For select sport sessions, guests have the option to purchase Signature + hospitality packages through sales representatives for a white-glove service with best available, hand-picked seating and a more end-to-end hospitality experience, with staff greeting you upon arrival and escorting you into the venue and to your seats and/or hospitality space. These rare packages can include shared lounge access or private suites.
For those seeking an intimate setting to host clients, friends and family, private suites are also available via LA28 Hospitality sales team in various venues, featuring optimal sightlines of the competition, unmatched privacy, and all-inclusive hospitality. Fans can register interest on the LA28 hospitality website and a sales agent will be in touch. Hotel accommodations will also be available through an “add-on” service for existing packages. If guests are interested in “adding on” a hotel to their package, they can fill out a form on the hospitality website that will initiate a sales agent to reach out and explore the list of guaranteed options in prime locations.
Finally, the Platinum Access Programs and Packages are for groups that are looking for access to the most coveted seats and the most popular sporting sessions for end-to-end program management. Platinum Access Packages are an elevated, turnkey three- or four-nights option with access to high-end accommodations and top-tier Olympics tickets and hospitality.
