Oasis Travel Network Launches OTN Academy for New Travel Advisors

Oasis Travel Network (OTN) has announced the launch of OTN Academy, a refreshed training program designed specifically for individuals who are new to the travel industry.

OTN Academy offers a structured, guided training experience that provides new travel advisors with the education, industry access, and support needed to confidently launch a travel business. The program is self-paced and typically completed in approximately 60–70 hours. Advisors may begin booking travel as they progress through training, allowing learning and earning to happen simultaneously. Onboarding is typically completed within three to five business days.

“You don’t need experience to succeed in travel—you need the right foundation,” said Chelsea Martinez, member development and industry engagement manager at OTN. “OTN Academy was created to give new advisors clarity, confidence, and a realistic path forward as they enter the industry.”

Developed in collaboration with The Travel Institute, ASTA and CLIA, OTN Academy reflects the evolving needs of today’s travel advisors and combines industry-recognized education with practical business guidance.

OTN is a CLIA Hall of Fame Travel Agency of the Year for 2025 and a recipient of the Travel Weekly Magellan Award for its previous “New to Travel” program. As a member of Signature Travel Network, OTN provides advisors with elite supplier partnerships, exclusive amenities, and advanced marketing technology that elevate both advisor credibility and the client experience.

OTN Academy is available to individuals entering the travel industry. Current OTN members may also offer OTN Academy to their associate advisors who are new to travel.
