Points and miles travel deals for April: Earn with these offers

This week, we found round-trip flights to Europe for as low as $399. For those planning family trips, kids can fly for (almost) free with Air Tahiti Nui’s Family Fare, and Disney World has unveiled several new discounts on vacation packages. Plus, one of our favorite shopping portals is offering an easy-to-earn $40 bonus for new members.

There’s also a highest-ever welcome offer on one of our favorite travel cards, the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card (see rates and fees): Earn 100,000 Ultimate Rewards points after you spend $5,000 on purchases within the first three months from account opening. That’s worth $2,050 by our April 2025 valuations.

Airline loyalty program promotions (April 2025)

Airline loyalty programs can offer trip discounts on certain dates as well as the chance to earn more miles for future travel and deals to rack up points toward elite status. Below are some of the best offers we found for April.

Earn double elite miles with Emirates and Flydubai

If you’re pursuing Emirates Skywards elite status this year, this promotion can help you get there faster.

Earn double tier miles on all eligible flights marketed and operated by Emirates or Flydubai (EK or FZ flight numbers). Other codeshare and interline flights are excluded.
To qualify, tickets must be purchased via emirates.com, the Emirates app, flydubai.com, the Flydubai app, Emirates retail and call centers, or a travel agent.
This promotion applies to most fare classes, including Special, Saver, Flex and Flex Plus in economy class, premium economy, business class or first class.
Register and book by May 4; travel between May 1 and June 20.

Hotel loyalty programs occasionally offer discounted stays, ways to earn extra points and deals at various properties. Here are some April deals to consider when booking your next stay.

Earn 3,000 bonus Marriott points in Las Vegas

This Amex Offer, which we found on The Platinum Card® from American Express, could save you money on not one but three stays at Staypineapple boutique hotels.

Earn a $25 statement credit when you spend a minimum of $125 on one or more purchases on room rate and room charges at participating Staypineapple properties.
You can use this offer up to three times, for a maximum total of $75 back.

Targeted Amex Offer at Raffles and Fairmont hotels

This Amex Offer on the American Express® Gold Card could save you up to 20% on your next Raffles or Fairmont stay.

Earn a one-time $100 statement credit when you spend at least $500 on one or more purchases on room rate and room charges at select Raffles and Fairmont hotels in the Americas and Europe, excluding prepaid bookings.
This offer ends May 14.
