Riviera Travel has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website, now offering a fresh look and enhanced tools to further streamline and simplify the booking process for North American guests and travel advisors.
The new website features a range of enhanced capabilities, including a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. Guests can now seamlessly explore accommodation options, ships, and other cruise details using the “read more” function, which eliminates the need to navigate multiple pages. The booking process has also been streamlined, making it faster and more efficient for travel advisors and guests booking directly on the website.
Once a booking is made, users will enjoy a revamped account section that allows them to manage guest details, add passenger information, and view upcoming or past trips with ease.
Additionally, the website now includes a dedicated blog section with FAQs and inspirational tips, providing valuable insights and expert guidance for travel advisors. To assist with platform navigation, training videos are available on Riviera Explorer, the brand’s new digital learning platform that launched last month. Travel advisors will also be prompted to update their passwords the first time they log into the agent portal.
The new website launch comes on the heels of Riviera Travel surpassing its passenger target for the year, achieving a remarkable 100 percent growth compared to the previous year. With its newly revamped tools and processes, the cruise line expects continued growth throughout the remainder of 2025.
