Bermuda Tourism Authority Launches Travel Pro Bermuda Specialist Program

The Bermuda Tourism Authority (BTA) has announced the launch of the Travel Pro Bermuda Specialist Program, an innovative travel advisor training and sales platform developed with TravPRO Mobile, a provider of mobile learning and sales enablement solutions. The program went live on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, providing travel advisors worldwide with a modern, easy way to build expertise, share Bermuda content instantly with clients, and convert interest into bookings. 

To mark this new partnership, the Bermuda Tourism Authority is offering an opportunity for advisors who complete the training by April 30, 2026, to be entered for a chance to win a spot on a Trade FAM Trip to Bermuda in Fall/Winter 2026. 

The Bermuda Specialist Program platform is an all-in-one digital solution that integrates certification training with a continuously accessible sales tool. The platform provides travel advisors with a centralized hub for essential resources, including:

Once advisors complete their training, they gain access to the platform’s exclusive Sales Companion experience, which includes:

• Tools to mark key content as favorites
• Quick-search capabilities across resources
• Updates delivered through the “New & Now” feature

2. Registering with a valid email address
3. Choosing web access or downloading the iOS or Android app
4. Completing foundation training to unlock the RETAIN, PROMOTE, and SELL channels
