Hyatt officially added Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview to its World of Hyatt program this week, marking the Hyatt Regency brand’s first hotel in the Niagara Falls market and the first Hyatt Classics property in the region.
The 611-room, 42-floor property sits atop the Canadian Horseshoe Falls in the Fallsview district, positioning it as the closest Canadian hotel to the Falls. Newly renovated rooms and suites feature contemporary furnishings, Nespresso machines, mini fridges, and views of either the Falls or the city skyline. Many rooms overlook both the Horseshoe and American Falls directly. Along with Hyatt Regency, the Hyatt Classics portfolio includes brands like Grand Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Vacation Club and Hyatt.
For agents booking groups and meetings, the hotel offers more than 20,000 square feet of on-site meeting and banquet space, along with a business center, concierge services, indoor pool, and fitness center. The property is positioned as a dual-market play — leisure and meetings — with easy driving access from both Toronto and Buffalo, N.Y.
“At the center of one of North America’s most visited attractions, Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview gives World of Hyatt members and guests the opportunity to take in unobstructed views of a natural wonder,” Katie Johnson, vice president of global brand strategy for the Hyatt Classics portfolio, said in prepared remarks. “We’re excited to welcome this property to the Classics portfolio to give our members opportunities to explore the beauty of the Niagara region.”
On-site dining includes STK Steakhouse Fallsview and TGI Fridays. The hotel is the second Hyatt Regency-branded property in Ontario.
“Niagara Falls is one of the premier tourist destinations in the world,” added Anthony Menechella, Fallsview Group Vice President. “With the introduction of Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview, we represent the best that this destination has to offer in terms of hospitality, tourism, and elevated experiences.”
