Travel advisors who found their new home at KHM Travel Group after its acquisition of Levarté Travel are leveling up their businesses thanks to the host agency’s education and resources. Of the 402 travel advisors who moved over since late October 2025, over 10 percent are currently in KHM Travel Group’s Basecamp and Pinnacle programs for top producers.
With the acquisition of Levarté Travel, KHM Travel Group also welcomed industry leader Lori Speers and her team of support specialists. Since Speers’ introduction as vice president of business development, she has brought her experience and energy to help both former Levarté advisors and those looking for fresh motivation with a host agency.
Her “Level Up Your New Year” four-part webinar series earlier this year helped advisors start 2026 with strategy, clarity, and momentum. More than 500 advisors registered for the sessions, which focused on developing a business mindset, marketing strategies, sales techniques, and scaling for growth. Speers has also connected with advisors through in-person events like Crystal Conference and On the Concourse, KHM Travel Group’s regional networking and education series hosted in cities across the United States.
“The success we’re already seeing from former Levarté Travel advisors speaks volumes about the strength of KHM Travel Group’s programs and support systems. Advisors are gaining access to valuable education, stronger supplier relationships, and tools that are helping them accelerate growth and increase profitability,” Speers said.
In addition to online education, advisors who are new to KHM Travel Group are also finding value in the host agency’s events. 21 percent of those who joined KHM Travel Group from Levarté have already attended one of the in-person or virtual Boot Camp events within the past six months. Another 15 percent are registered to attend Destination Success this July in Cleveland, Ohio.
Educational events not only provide access to information and resources from KHM Travel Group’s Education Teams, but also a strong sense of community. The popular regional program has also helped advisors integrate into smaller groups within the KHM Travel Group network. This has proven to be a key factor in maintaining personal connections and collaboration among advisors to encourage growth.
Speers is set to continue to help the company strategically align its key areas of advisor support, education, engagement, and supplier relations as she expands her leadership role.
