Series by Marriott Debuts in the South Pacific With 3 Resorts

Marriott International has launched its Series by Marriott brand in New Caledonia through an expanded partnership with Societe Hoteliere de Noumea (SHN).

Three Le Domaine du Pacifique properties—located in Nouméa, the Isle of Pines and Déva—have joined the collection, adding a combined 375 guestrooms. The agreement builds on Marriott and SHN’s relationship of more than 30 years and expands Marriott’s presence in New Caledonia’s Southern Province.

“Series by Marriott is a regionally created, globally connected collection brand that celebrates the individuality of destinations through authentic local experiences and trusted hospitality standards,” said Cristiano Rinaldi, Chief Lodging Product & Services Officer, Asia Pacific excluding China, Marriott International. “The addition of these three distinctive resorts in New Caledonia is a significant milestone for the brand’s growth in the Pacific. We believe New Caledonia deserves to be experienced in all its richness and diversity, and through Series by Marriott, guests can connect more deeply with the unique character of this remarkable destination while enjoying the benefits and consistency of Marriott Bonvoy.”
