All signs are pointing to another record sales year for Travel Leaders Network, the organization’s executives reported at its EDGE 2025 conference, being held this week at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. North America’s largest travel agency network is also strengthening its booking capabilities, social media and marketing offerings, and cruise programs.
Booking Tools and CRM Integration
A highlight of the EDGE 2025 conference was the upcoming debut of new SuperAgent tiers within Agent Profiler. The SuperAgent program, which launched last year, highlights the most engaged members, increasing their visibility on TravelLeaders.com. With the addition of Gold and Diamond tiers, advisors who fully use the platform and consistently follow up with leads gain access to even more opportunities.
Measured metrics to achieve the new tier status include dashboard completion, response time and conversion rates. In return, Gold and Diamond SuperAgents are featured more prominently in search results—though consumers still control who they choose to work with. According to Stephen McGillivray, chief marketing officer of Travel Leaders Group, participants in the SuperAgent program report an average booking value of $10,655 through the site.
In addition, Cory Voss, chief information officer at Travel Leaders Network, reported that the network has integrated Vacation CRM into Agent Profiler. It’s part of a push by TLN to offer more CRM options to its members. Available third-party CRMs now include ClientBase, Tres, Tess, Planit Easy and, now, Vacation CRM, with others potentially joining the list in the future.
Once a member opts in, leads from TravelLeaders.com and Agent Profiler are automatically pushed into the advisor’s CRM, eliminating manual entry. Another new feature is the ability to pull client data—such as past purchase history—from the agency when the member chooses to sync with the CRM. This two-way integration, according to TLN, improves data accuracy and deepens client insights with demographic and behavioral information.
Vacation CRM is expected to enhance participation in Travel Leaders’ engagement program. With the synced data, advisors can opt in to have their existing clients marketed to automatically through personalized direct mail and email campaigns—branded with the agency’s identity and deployed by Travel Leaders Network.
Social Media Marketing
Beyond the new marketing abilities via the synced CRM solution, Travel Leaders Network touted this week its Social Share Pro platform. Citing a study by Forbes, showing that retaining customers is crucial—as acquiring new ones can cost five to seven times more—Travel Leaders Network’s B2C marketing helps advisors stay connected with clients year-round, keeping the sales pipeline active.
To date in 2025, Travel Leaders has offered 464 consumer campaigns (both digital and print pieces) for members to choose from. Nothing is sent without a member’s opt-in, allowing them to select what works best. So far this year, 123 million pieces have been sent to travelers, all branded with their travel advisor’s information.
Travel Leaders has also expanded its members’ social media marketing options with Social Share Pro. First rolled out in 2024, Social Share Pro is now available to all Travel Leaders Network members in North America. The platform pushes curated social media content with exclusive partner offers directly to advisors’ Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
Cruise Programs
With cruise bookings surging across all market segments (as we reported earlier this week), Travel Leaders Network is expanding its cruise programs to include more than 8,000 sailings through 2027.
Travel Leaders Network’s cruise programs include:
- Distinctive Voyages – Comprising over 1,000 luxury sailings across 14 cruise lines, each Distinctive Voyage is led by a TLN advisor host and comes with an exclusive shore event and an invitation to a Private Welcome Reception. Select sailings also include a private car and driver experience, which includes the choice of a preplanned tour or an “as you wish” experience, where the client and driver decide the itinerary.
- Amenity Departure Dates – These sailings offer perks like shipboard credit, specialty dining and prepaid gratuities, enhancing the overall cruise experience.
- Culinary Collection – These food and wine-focused sailings are designed for culinary enthusiasts and offer immersive experiences both onboard and ashore.
Member advisors can also stack programs with the cruise lines’ national offers.
