Sandals and Beaches Introduce Sustainable “Nature’s Vow” Weddings with Caribbean Flair

Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts have introduced a new wedding concept designed to merge luxury celebrations with sustainability. The program, called “Nature’s Vow,” draws inspiration from the Caribbean’s natural beauty and aims to set the tone for eco-conscious destination weddings in 2026 and beyond.

“With Nature’s Vow, we’re not only giving couples a stunning new design inspiration, but also a way to celebrate responsibly—in harmony with the islands we call home,” Marsha-Ann Donaldson, director of weddings and romance at Sandals Resorts, said in a statement. “Our guests are increasingly seeking meaning behind every moment of their celebration, and Nature’s Vow delivers just that.”

Caribbean-inspired Design

The new concept features earthy tones, greenery-filled arches, bamboo accents, potted plants and eco-forward florals. Plants used for aisle and altar décor are tailored to each destination, with options sourced from the resort’s Turks & Caicos nursery or local growers in Jamaica. In Turks & Caicos, for example, couples can choose from palms, banana plants, monstera, bird of paradise, philodendron and dracaena.

“Nature’s Vow” joins the company’s existing portfolio of wedding inspirations, which includes themes like Jamaican Tropical Hues, inspired by vibrant island culture, and Azure Tides, evoking ocean horizons.

Weddings with Purpose

Sandals and Beaches Resorts are also integrating new sustainability-focused activities into weddings through the Sandals Foundation, including:

  • Symbolic tree planting ceremonies in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos, with proceeds supporting biodiversity and climate resilience.
  • A Caribbean Artisan Collection, featuring handmade keepsakes for guest welcome bags.
  • Wedding garment donation programs, supporting local charities and shelters.
  • Repurposing reception leftovers into organic fertilizer for resort gardens and farms.
  • Eco-excursions through Island Routes, such as turtle releases and cycling tours.

Complimentary Offer

To coincide with the launch, the brands announced a special promotion: couples booking at least seven nights in a Club or Butler Suite will receive a complimentary Sweetheart Wedding package for up to 10 guests. The package includes a ceremony location, décor, dinner party, wedding cake, a pre-arrival wedding planning team, and a $200 credit toward photography and videography (up to $400 total).
