To celebrate Jamaica‘s Independence Day this week, Sandals Resorts is launching one of its largest travel advisor initiatives of the year, combining exclusive advisor incentives and contests, nationwide celebrations and a new consumer promotion designed to drive bookings to Jamaica.
On August 6, Sandals will host Jamaica Independence Day celebrations in 25 cities across the U.S., including New York, Philadelphia, Miami and Atlanta, bringing together over 1,000 travel advisors for events featuring Jamaican cuisine, reggae music and the latest updates on the transformed Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay and Sandals South Coast. In addition, a live broadcast will allow an estimated 10,000 travel advisors nationwide to hear directly from the resorts’ general managers and destination experts. The celebrations coincide with two major booking initiatives designed to encourage advisors to capitalize on the demand for Jamaica, plus a travel advisor contest:
- Limited-Time Travel Advisor Incentive: Advisors booking qualifying stays at Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay and Sandals South Coast between August 1 and August 31, 2026, can earn up to $100 in cash bonuses plus up to 4 percent in bonus commissions.
- Travel Advisor Contest: Travel advisors will have the chance to win a three-night stay at Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay or Sandals South Coast by being the top booker of the three resorts, or by sharing their love story with Jamaica via social media using #SandalsJamaicaLove26, during the entry period (August 6-31, 2026).
- The Great Jamaica Comeback Sale: Travelers can enjoy up to $1,500 instant credit, up to $350 air credit, plus a free Jamaican adventure through Island Routes on stays of 5+ nights across Sandals’ Jamaican resorts. This offer is available to book between August 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026, for travel between August 4, 2026 and December 31, 2028 (instant credit valid on stays between August 4, 2026 and December 31, 2028; air credit valid on stays between January 1, 2027 and June 30, 2027; free Jamaican adventure valid on stays between August 4, 2026 and December 25, 2027).
Together, these initiatives underscore Sandals’ continued investment in Jamaica while giving travel advisors new tools and incentives to drive bookings to the destination.
