WTE Miami 2025 Set to Showcase Most Diverse Lineup Yet

WTE Miami will return to the Miami Beach Convention Center September 17–18, bringing together hundreds of exhibitors, emerging destinations, and its signature B2B matchmaking program. Organizers say this year’s edition is on track to be the event’s most internationally diverse showcase to date.

“WTE Miami 2025 brings together a curated mix of international exhibitors, travel innovators and decision-makers in one dynamic marketplace,” said Javier Pérez Palencia, director of WTE Miami. “For visitors, it’s a powerful platform to explore new business opportunities, strengthen supplier relationships, and stay competitive in a fast-evolving global travel landscape.”

Airline participation continues to play a central role in the show. Delta Air Lines will return as the Official Partner Airline, while Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) is confirmed as an Explorer Sponsor. “We are excited to rejoin WTE Miami in 2025. It’s a unique platform that brings together the industry’s decision-makers and inspires meaningful conversations about the future of travel,” said Ignacio Borbolla, regional manager at Delta Air Lines. He added that Miami plays “a key role in connecting North and South America” through the Delta-LATAM Joint Venture.

World Trade Center Miami is also back as an Explorer Sponsor. “We recognize tourism as a vital pillar of international trade and economic opportunity,” noted Ivan Barrios, president and CEO of WTCM. “We are proud to support WTE Miami 2025 as it connects global travel leaders, creates new business relationships, and positions Miami as a bridge between continents.”

The exhibitor lineup reflects both established and emerging destinations. Brazil’s presence is expanding, with Ceará returning and Bahia preparing to join for the first time. Honduras, Belize, and Quintana Roo will highlight Central American and Mexican tourism offerings, while Somalia makes its debut with a delegation led by Deputy Minister of Tourism H.E. Abdirahman Yusuf Al-adala.

On the supplier side, Spanish booking tech firm Travelcompositor, Turkish luxury operator Ada Vegas Travel, and major cruise players including Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises will all be on hand. The History Channel will also unveil its new History Travel Solutions platform, which aims to connect storytelling and destination marketing.
